A residential service registered for six beds and one registered for eighty are not the same commercial opportunity, and treating them alike is why most care lists disappoint.
The register records the maximum number of service places a location is registered for. It is the single field that scales with everything a home has to buy: care staff, nurses, laundry, catering, furniture, consumables. We publish it on every residential record rather than burying it, because a supplier who cannot see it is guessing. Roughly a fifth of genuinely new adult social care registrations each month are care homes; the rest are community services with no beds at all.
We work only from published UK public records and lawfully accessible business information. Suppression is permanent and applies across every campaign, brand and sending domain we operate, not only the one that contacted you.
